Both editions are available with Local or Private Cloud deployment. Choose your edition according to the features you need, then select the deployment option that suits how your team works.
QualiPack provides document control, training management, equipment and calibration records, qualification and validation, and testing protocols and reports, with the associated review and approval workflows. Enterprise includes all QualiPack capabilities and extends the system with nonconformity management (NCR), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), quality plans and reports, issues and complaints, including issues involving suppliers, and risk management.
Local runs on a single Windows computer, with the workspace and records stored on that computer. Authorised users sign in with their own accounts to complete their assigned work. It is a practical choice for organisations whose quality activities are managed from one shared computer.
Private Cloud runs on your organisation’s own server or VPS. Authorised staff can access the system securely from desktop and mobile devices wherever they have an internet connection. Email task notifications and reminders help users keep track of their responsibilities. Assigned participants can review the complete document package and record their review or approval remotely.

IrioSign Local — Coming Soon
IrioSign Local is planned for organisations that want to prepare and sign PDF documents on a local computer, without relying on an internet-hosted signing service. The focus is straightforward internal signing, with documents and signing records stored locally under your organisation’s control.
The planned workflow includes placing signature fields, assigning internal signers and producing completed PDFs with supporting signing records. This edition is intended for local use rather than remote invitations over the internet. Final features, system requirements and pricing will be announced before release.

IrioSign Managed Cloud — Coming Soon
IrioSign Managed Cloud is planned as a hosted signing service for organisations that prefer to use IrioSign without installing and maintaining their own server. The aim is to let teams prepare PDF documents, invite internal and external recipients, and follow signing progress through a browser.
The planned service will bring document preparation, guided signing and completed-document downloads into an environment operated by IRIOD or its hosting partners. Hosting arrangements, storage allowances, support, subscription plans and final features will be confirmed before launch.
